Chalkboard Specials

Thanks to Claire DiLullo from keeping me from the very bottom of Alexis' blogroll...
I promise to not let five months go again without a post. On that note, I couldn't get in to even comment, much less post because of my e-mail and password problems. I had to get a g-mail account when I got a new phone, something about the Google phone, I still don't understand. Anyway, apparently google and blogger are connected so I had two different e-mails attached and two different passwords and I drowned in confusion until somehow I magically could log in to comment the other day. I think I'm straight now. I honestly thought blogger had dropped me or something because of inactivity but I guess I was just retarded. So here I am again and I will post again soon but right now I have to decide on what chalkboard specials we will have on Tuesday. Any recipes or ideas (especially for seafood) are always welcome via e-mail or if simple, through comments. We are running 2-3 for lunch and 2-4 for dinner so don't hold back!
Our customers are loving them and now we get calls everyday asking what the chalkboard specials are. Now if I only had a bookkeeper and an accountant to do my work...

Claire is Pete's cousin...so I guess my cousins are somewhat better bloggers than Pete's...yay Greeks 1 Italians zip!

What about a tortilla encrusted tilapia? Also I don't know if they're in season any more, but whenever I see soft shells on special I get them with out hesitation.

Glad to see you back! Sorry, I don't remember what your entire menu is,do you have a website? The website would be a great way for people to keep up with your chalkboard specials. (Don't you love it when people who have NO idea what they're talking about make suggestions!!)
I don'y know how this would go over there, but they are great, easy, and delicious fish taco's and a "mexican" rice. The tacos are just a "chunk" fish, small pieces, cabbage cooked el dente, so it's a little cruchy, I could send you a recipe if you want? E-maqil me if you're interested. They are delicious, calorie conscious, and different! OK, I'm babbling . . . yes, please ublog again, especially pics of your finished bath!!

Most restaurants will use twitter. Get your customers to follow you on twitter or facebook. And every day you can post your chalkboard specials to both sites, (or pick one) and your customers will see it on their facebook, or they can get an rss feed, which will send them an e-mail. it all depends on how savy your customers are with their technology. We can talk
